The annual ESN Aalto Fall Meeting will be held at 18:00 on Thursday 29th November in Ossinkulma, Otakaari 18 A, 02150 Espoo. On the meeting’s agenda are the elections of the new Board Members of ESN Aalto ry and selecting of the Auditor and the Vice Auditor. The meeting was originally scheduled for 22nd Nov, but is being postponed.

The Board positions (not all need be picked) are as follows:
President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Event Coordinator, Communications Manager, PR Manager, IT Manager, Local Representative and Vice Local Representative. Detailed role descriptions will be posted later on.

Write to 1. Brief words about yourself 2. Which positions you're interested in 3. Why would you be good for the job 4. What are your motivations. Why do you want the position and what are you looking for from it? 5. Can you do the full term and how much time and effort can you put in?

Even people completely new to the organization are free to apply (a written application is optional but recommended). Some of the positions are quite easy and rewarding as well. After the election meeting, the Board will also give some coordinator positions to our Active Members which might be, for example, Photographer, Sponsorship Wizard and Cindy’s Best Friend. If you can't make it on the 29th, but are still interested in a position, send us a message.

Being a member of the ESN Aalto family is a really excellent choice, fun volunteering with like-minded people for a good cause while having the ability to develop yourself personally and professionally.

So come join us in the meeting in Ossinkulma on Thu 29th at 18:00, show your support whether you're interested in a board position or not and find out what it's all about! You can easily spot us by the flags hanging from the windows.
