Meet us at our tent on Alvarin aukio square (park between Main building and the small mall)! We’ve prepared a few fun games and we are more than happy to tell you everything about ESN Aalto and our events. You can also buy your ESNcard.

WEDNESDAY 2.9 & THURSDAY 3.9 OTASUUNNISTUS 17-22
Walk around the Otaniemi campus in small groups in this Otaniemi orienteering, doing small tasks given by different organizations, ESN Aalto being one of them. Collect points and you can win a prize at the after party in Smökki. Remember to check on which day students from your school should participate.

FRIDAY 4.9 TECHNICAL SCHOOLS’ ORIENTATION
ESN Aalto will have a short presentation during the orientation, make sure you won’t miss it! We’ll also be outside the lecture hall after the presentations during the services fair. There you can e.g. buy your ESNcard, and get all the flyers and information you need.

ESNcard
The ESNcard is a kind of a membership card which you can use to access all the services offered by ESN and our partners. With the card, you can get thousands of discounts, all over Europe! Many of our events also have discounts with the card so participating in just a few of them will already make it worth buying the card. The card is valid for a year and will cost 5 €.

DNA SIM-cards
Thanks to the cooperation between ESN Finland and DNA, we are able to provide you all with a free DNA prepaid SIM-card. It has one of the best rates and you will also be able to get a data package for it.
Students from the technical schools’ will get their SIM-card through the school (depending on the school, either through your tutors or at your own school’s orientation event). Data cards (can’t be used for calling) are distributed by us in the events on orientation week.
Badges
You’ll be seeing lots of students walking around in different coloured overalls depending on their guild at the beginning of the school year. These are a “student outfit” that we wear at different events. You’ll also notice tons of badges sewn to them. ESN Aalto has its’ own badge which you will be able to buy!
