ESN Aalto presents: Nuuksio hike with Alligator Jones
Nature time! It’s time to discover the great nature Finland has to offer – the beautiful forest and amazing lakes of Nuuksio National Park! Get your gear ready, take your camera, and get ready for a fun tour in the forest! Snacks and water are also a good idea
ESN Aalto has arranged two 3-hour long hikes in Nuuksio on November 14 under the guidance of Tommi Luoma from Alligator Jones! You will get to know about pathfinding, foraging, wilderness skills, and camping basics. The tours will take place in English and the price is 4€ with ESNcard and 5€ without.
- 1st tour: It starts at 14:00 next to the Haukkalammentie E6956 bus stop and will be mostly held during the daylight time
- 2nd tour: It will begin at 17:00 from the same place, and it would be more devoted to walking in the forest during the darkness and acting properly there in night conditions, which is expected to be quite a unique experience
Equipment: Personal weather compliant clothing, recommended to take some snacks, water bottle and good shoes
You will need a C-zone HSL ticket to get to Haukkalammentie. The best way to get there is on the 245A bus towards Kattila, departing from Espoon Keskus. We will create a telegram chat before the trip, where we will discuss more about the arrangements.
